| ADI warrants the product to be free from defects in
material and workmanship and agrees to repair or replace any part of the unit which proves
defective under the following terms and conditions for a period of 90 days from date of
shipment. Warranty Length
Parts and Labor are warranted for 90 days from the date of shipment.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty may be enforced only by the first consumer purchaser and it is not
transferable. Except as specified below, this warranty covers all defects in material or
workmanship in this Product. The following are not covered by this warranty:
- Any product which is not distributed in the USA OR Canada by
Lunair or a Licensee of Lunair.
- Any product on which the serial number has been defaced,
modified or removed.
- Damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from:
- Accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, fire, water, lightning or
other acts of nature improper storage, unauthorized Product modification, or failure to
follow instructions supplied with the Product.
- Alteration, repair or attempted repair by anyone not
authorized by ADI.
- Any shipment of the Product (claims must be presented to the
carrier.)
- Removal or installation of the Product.
- Any other cause which does not relate to a Product defect.
This warranty covers only ADI supplied components. Service
required as a result of third party components is not covered under this warranty.
Warranty Support
ADI will pay labor and material expenses for covered items, but we will not pay for the
following:
- Removal or installation charges.
- Costs of initial technical adjustments including adjustment
of user controls.
- Payment of shipping and related charges incurred in
returning the Product for warranty repair.
Getting Warranty Service
The Product must be returned directly to ADI for any repairs or replacements. All requests
for return shall only be accepted at ADI via phone or fax. Once a return authorization has
been issued an "RMA - Return Material Authorization" sticker will be sent in the
mail. Upon receipt this sticker shall be affixed to the return and sent to ADI freight
prepaid. Upon receipt of the return ADI will either repair or replace the unit solely at
our discretion within 30 days.
Limitation of Damages and Implied Warranties
ADIS SOLE LIABILITY FOR ANY DEFECTIVE PRODUCT IS LIMITED TO THE REPAIR OR
REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT AT OUR OPTION. ADI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
1. DAMAGE TO OTHER PROPERTY CAUSED BY ANY DEFECTS IN THIS PRODUCT,
DAMAGES BASED UPON INCONVENIENCE, LOSS OF USE OF THE PRODUCT, LOSS OF TIME OR DATA,
COMMERCIAL LOSS; OR
2. ANY OTHER DAMAGES, WHETHER INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHERWISE.
