| ADI's commitment extends beyond a regulatory and compliance attitude because it is customer service driven. When there are fewer mistakes and outages, the integrity of the manufacturing and assembly infrastructure remains intact. Moreover, the enterprise can run more smoothly and morale remains high. This leads to better worker productivity and enthusiasm, for which there is no substitute. QED. |

In 1993 ADI was certified and maintains certification to ISO 9002 by Lloyds Register Quality Assurance company:
• ISO-9001 certified in 2000,
• ISO-9001 Certificate Schedule
• AS-9100 Certificate in Jan. 05.
To reinforce its on-going commitment to integrating quality management in all aspects of its business, ADI became the first electronic component distributor in the US to receive AS 9120 certification in January, 2005.
In order to minimize defects and maximize productivity, ADI engages in a policy of low volume/high reliability. In addition, ADI has experienced a very low incidence of defects which is "virtual defect-free performance," according to the American Society for Quality. |
